Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Only credit cards are accepted for enrollment through the Website. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
Q. When will I receive my InteleTravel Agent ID Card?
A. Once you enroll, you need to send us a passport size photo so we can issue your Travel Agent ID Card. Once we receive your photo, your card will be issued and mailed to you within ten business days.
Q. When will I receive the Two Fly Free and the $100 off airfare coupons?
A. Once you enroll, you will receive a registration e-mail for the Two Fly Free and $100 off airfare coupons. Register by responding to the e-mail and you will be sent your Two Fly Free and $100 Air Checks by mail within ten business days. Please note that you will receive your InteleTraveler Agent-ID card separately.
Q. What is a PIN?
A. Your PIN is your 7-digit Personal Identification Number. The PIN is used to track commissions for online bookings you make for yourself or others. If you call InteleTravel or any of our affiliates, always identify yourself by using your PIN.
Q. When will I receive my PIN/Username?
A. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your enrollment within 24 hours that will include your PIN and a Password for the access to the agents only section of the website.
Q. Can I change my PIN and Password?
A. PINs cannot be changed since these are pre-assigned and appear on your InteleTravel Agent ID Card. However, you can change your Password at any time by selecting the Account Information link from the Agents Only section on the website.
Q. How do I log in to the Website?
A. Go to www.inteletravel.com and enter your PIN and Password. Secondary Agents are required to enter the Primary Agent's PIN and Password to gain access to the Agents Only section of our Website

Q. How do I earn commissions?
A. Commissions on travel sales are paid to the InteleTraveler Travel Agent for all Internet bookings of international air, cruises, international car rentals and tour packages. Commissions vary by product and supplier. Remember, commissions are paid only on bookings made through our online booking engine. When you enroll, we will provide you with an in depth tutorial about earning commissions.
Q. Can I book travel by calling suppliers directly?
A. You are not discouraged from contacting travel suppliers directly to have your questions answered or to book travel. In order to earn commissions on travel sales, however, all bookings must be through the InteleTravel website. We do not pay commissions for bookings made over the phone

Q. What is the difference between the InteleTravel Agent ID Card and an IATAN ID Card?
A. The InteleTravel Agent ID Card identifies you as an Independent Travel Agent with InteleTravel. It bears the 8-digit International Airlines Transport Association (IATA) number issued to InteleTravel. The IATA number on the InteleTravel Agent ID Card is used for tracking purposes by travel industry vendors extending travel agent privileges and discounts to InteleTravel's Independent Agents. You should determine in advance of booking what an individual vendor requires to extend travel agent privileges or discounted rates. Extending travel agent privileges and discounts are matters of discretion with travel industry vendors that may depend upon space availability and other factors.
